Last event recorded with server time
Attendance, expected time and leave connected
Time tracking, shifts and leave without chasing clock-ins
Record entries, breaks and exits, organise schedules and work calendars and let each employee manage incidents and leave from one workspace.
Unlimited clock-ins in every plan, no installation and retained history.
Fewer month-end incidents
An isolated clock-in does not explain the real working day
Understanding worked time requires entries, breaks and exits to be linked to schedules, locations, holidays and approved leave.
A record with context
Every event belongs to a verifiable working day
Clock.coffee combines immutable entries, adjustment requests, planning and leave without mixing their responsibilities.
Entry, breaks and exit
The terminal validates sequence and stores time, zone, source, actor and location.
Immutable events
A clock-in is not edited or deleted; corrections follow a separate flow.
Adjustment requests
The employee explains an incident and a manager approves or rejects with audit.
Schedules and shifts
Regular, split and exceptional schedules and shifts that cross midnight.
Calendar by location
Working week, holidays, closures and exceptional openings with defined precedence.
Holidays and leave
Requests, balances, policies, shared calendar and expected-time integration.
One day, one valid sequence
The terminal knows which action can come next
The state machine prevents a break before entry, a second entry while a shift is open or an exit without the corresponding journey.

Correct without hiding
Incidents are resolved while keeping the original
An adjustment does not turn the earlier clock-in into different data. The request, decision and reason remain linked to the shift.
Consistent expected time
Schedules, shifts and work calendars speak to each other
Each location defines its normal week and special periods so reports do not expect work on a holiday or during approved leave.

Frequently asked questions
What Clock.coffee does and does not do
Features, limits, privacy and legal scope explained without ambiguous promises.
FeaturesAre clock-ins limited each month?
No. They are unlimited on Free, Basic, Plus and Pro.
Can a clock-in be edited or deleted?
Not directly. Records are immutable; an incident is resolved through an audited adjustment request.
Can shifts end the following day?
Yes. Planned shifts use complete datetimes and can cross midnight.
Does leave change clock-ins?
No. Approved leave reduces expected time but never creates or changes clock-in events.
Does it include geolocation or biometrics?
Not currently. It also has no QR, WhatsApp, Slack or native mobile clock-in.
Does it integrate with payroll?
Not currently. Records and reports can be exported but there is no direct payroll connection.
Does Clock alone guarantee legal compliance?
No. It provides recording and traceability tools; each company must configure its system for applicable law, agreements and policies.
Are employees deleted after a downgrade?
No. Excess profiles are reversibly suspended and keep records, requests and balances.
